Legacy Services Financial is expanding in the Lexington area and seeking a Territory Sales Representative who can build strong business relationships, manage a defined territory, and contribute to growth in the local market. If you communicate well, take initiative, and enjoy client-facing work, you may be an excellent fit.

This is a field-based role where you will meet with local businesses, introduce product options, and build B2B relationships within your territory. You’ll have the support of a structured system, clear expectations, and hands-on training designed to help you stay consistent, organized, and confident.
 
Role Overview
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with business owners, and building lasting relationships across your territory. 
• Learn the product, the process, and the conversation flow so you can guide business owners confidently 
• Maintain steady field activity to uncover new opportunities and reinforce existing connections
• Plan and manage your daily schedule to ensure consistent outreach and follow-up
• Participate in weekly team meetings focused on planning, professional development, and skill improvement

• Consistent in your work habits and confident managing your own daily schedule
• Organized with time management and planning your field activity
• Able to maintain steady effort even when days are busy or challenging
• Dependable with appointments, commitments, and communication
• Coachable, receptive to feedback, and focused on steady improvement

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
