JOB DESCRIPTION: 
We're looking for someone who is eager to take their career to the next level and step into a leadership role as a Sales Team Leader! As the Sales Team Leader, you'll be responsible for making sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses within your designated territory. Your role will involve conducting face-to-face meetings with owners and decision-makers to introduce them to our products and services. As you become proficient in our systems and achieve success in the field, you'll transition into a leadership role. In this phase of your career, you'll spend part of your week actively participating in sales activities while also providing training and leadership. As the Sales Team Leader you will ensure the success of the team by providing support and driving sales growth. Prior experience in sales, leadership or business development is required.

Additional qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check. 
  • Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
